CROYDON ST MICHAEL’S PROJECT IS A ONE-ACRE MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT NEAR WEST CROYDON STATION IN SOUTH LONDON.

St Michael’s project is a one-acre mixed-use development near West Croydon Station in South London. The mixed-use scheme will form a major part of the West Croydon masterplan and create a new gateway to Croydon Town Centre.
The development includes a stunning new centrepiece for the area, with an attractive public square, shops, cafes and 240 new homes – with 55 per cent affordable.
The development will feature two stunning brick buildings rising to 21 storeys and 25 storeys. When completed they will host residential apartments, commercial, retail and office space at street level and the new piazza opening up views to the listed St Michael and All Angels Church.
Our scope of works included ground remediation, pile matt installation, piling attendance, installation of site access roads, site services, drainage, and construction of 3 RC concrete frame blocks rising to 6 storeys.
