Overview
Lewisham Gateway Phase Two is the final phase of the major mixed-use regeneration scheme that will bring more new homes, along with a retail and leisure offering not seen in the area before.
Is a mixed-use development, that comprises 5 Blocks, a basement, the highest block 32 stories, Residential and commercial.
Our scope of work included, ground remediation, pile matt installation, piling attendance, installation of site access roads, site drainage, basement construction including ground support temporary propping and construction of 5 pt concrete frame blocks rising to 32 storeys.
Design responsibilities: all temporary works for the scheme including basement propping, pt design for slabs including steel detailing.
