GMV 7 GREENWICH

The Greenwich Project is a mixed-use development that includes a range of residential, commercial, and community spaces.

The works comprise the construction of 241 residential units over two plots (202 & 203) together with community centre space, café space, management facilities and associated infrastructure works.

The site is in the heart of Greenwich, London.

Our scope of work included the installation of piling mats, piling attendance, drainage, concrete sprinkler tanks, waterproofing, gas membrane installation and completion of two RC Frame Plots (Plots 202 & 203) with each plot consisting of four blocks and an overall podium, with the highest of the blocks being 11 storeys. All balconies were poured in situ on the scheme using the Schöck balcony thermal breaks. Access up the building was provided by using Stairmaster permanent stairs and keeping these ahead of the working floors.
