With five distinct buildings rising up to 18 storeys, the project is set to reshape the Brentford skyline and offer vibrant communal spaces that enhance urban living. Our work scope encompasses road construction, groundwork, and the construction of robust RC frame structures for each of the five main buildings. The buildings are designed with unique architectural personalities while offering shared communal features such as landscaped podium gardens, play spaces, a gym, a nursery, and a concierge. Reflecting a commitment to balanced housing options, the project has an inclusive tenure split with 15% affordable rent, 34% shared ownership, and 51% private sale. Block A – Structural Details Block A showcases some of the development's most impressive engineering features. This building includes substantial structural columns, measuring 2000x850mm at the base, tapering to 850x850mm at the top. These columns reach up to 9 meters in height, providing exceptional stability and a striking architectural presence. The Citroen Garage redevelopment is more than just a construction project; it represents a significant contribution to Brentford’s urban landscape, delivering sustainable, high-quality homes and community-focused amenities to West London.
